IPERC consists of 4 representatives from the gas and oil producer industry, 6 retail propane marketers, and 2 public members. The 12 council members meet quarterly, on the first Tuesday of the first week of each calendar year quarter. If that day is a legal holiday, the meeting is rescheduled.
